Scholarships and Bursary Awards

The UPN provides scholarship opportunities for immediate family members of current, deceased or retired UPN members or staff. There are two types of awards: Psychiatric Nursing and Non-nursing Programs.

Psychiatric Nursing – Upon application, relatives of UPN members may be eligible for a bursary of up to $1,000.00 towards the cost of a Psychiatric Nursing degree or diploma program at a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution. Aboriginal Nursing Scholarship and Bursary Awards

Non-nursing Programs – Upon application, relatives of UPN members may be eligible for a bursary of up to $500.00 towards the cost of a non-nursing degree or diploma program at a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution.
